How to Apply
Our application process is simple. Are you already a Spiritual Director? Are you a Christ follower? Are you receiving spiritual direction yourself? Are you receiving supervision either individually, peer, or group? (If you do not have directees at this time-do you have a plan for finding a Supervisor when you begin meeting with Directees?) If you can answer ‘yes’ to all of these questions without hesitation, we would invite you to prayerfully discern whether you feel led to be a part of the Spiritual Directors Learning Community. If you sense that this is something you might benefit from, please email Robynn Bliss to reserve your spot (robynnbliss.sdlc@gmail.com).
** Kindly note that space is limited to 6–8 directors per cohort.
Information Talks
SDLC Information Talk
For those directors interested in exploring further skills and techniques of the contemplative evocative approach toward spiritual direction, there is a pre-course Information Talk that is held in early August on Zoom for interested participants to come and ask any questions they may have regarding the curriculum and logistics.
SDSLC Information Talk
Ideally, directors would have completed the SDLC curriculum as SDSLC will build upon the topics explored. However, much of the practical material has been taken from the Advanced Certificate in Supervision but enhanced with Trinitarian theology. A pre-course Information Talk will also be held on Zoom for interested participants in mid August or when convenient for the majority of enquirers.
